Free Shipping

Our standard delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days, ensuring that you receive your furniture quickly and without unnecessary delays. The moment your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a Track & Trace link, enabling you to monitor the status of your shipment. 

Unlike many other companies, we offer free shipping on all orders, no matter the size or value of your purchase.



Delays & Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is delayed or goes missing, this information will be reflected in the Track & Trace system. We recommend checking your tracking details regularly, but if you need additional support, our team is always available to help.

Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging our products securely, but should your package arrive damaged, we ask that you photograph the package before opening it. These images will help us assess the issue and assist you in finding the best solution.

Every order is handled with care and dispatched through our trusted shipping partner, DPD.  By working exclusively with DPD, we ensure that your package is never transferred to third-party couriers, allowing for a faster, more secure, and hassle-free delivery experience.


Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy, exceeding the legal requirement of 14 days. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return it within this period. However, please note that return shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer. You may select a courier of your choice to return your package to us.
